The invention discloses an information sending method and device. The information sending method comprises the following steps: a sending end describes time information occupying unauthorized carrier by use of downlink control information (DCI) sent in a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or an enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH) or an appointed resource; the sending end sends the DCI information through the authorized carrier or the unauthorized carrier, wherein the time information comprises an initial sub-frame for describing the occupied unauthorized carrier, and the number of the sub-frames continuously occupied beginning from the initial sub-frame. By use of the information sending method disclosed by the invention, the mutual notification about an occupation situation of the unauthorized carrier between base stations is realized, the synergistic application of the unauthorized carrier in a wireless communication system is simplified, and the use rate of the unauthorized carrier is improved.

一种信息发送方法及装置,其中,该信息发送方法包括:发送端使用物理控制信道(PDCCH)或增强物理控制信道(ePDCCH)或约定的资源中发送的下行控制信息(DCI)描述占用非授权载波的时间信息;发送端通过授权载波或非授权载波发送DCI信息;其中,时间信息包括:描述占用非授权载波的起始子帧、及从起始子帧开始连续被占用的子帧个数。本发明实现了基站之间非授权载波的占用情况的互相通知,简化了无线通信系统中对非授权载波的协调应用,提升了非授权载波的利用率。
