The invention relates to the technical field of phosphatidyl serine production equipment, and in particular relates to a method for synthesis of food-grade phosphatidyl serine by continuous efficient enzymatic conversion. Phospholipase D is loaded on a high-adsorption aerogel porous material to improve the reactivity and conversion catalytic efficiency of phospholipase D, so as to complete the catalytic synthetic reaction of phosphatidyl serine in a short time; and furthermore, organic phase and water phase reaction is carried out at high pressure in a narrow flow passage, so that the reaction efficiency is high, and the reaction in the narrow flow passage is uniform, stable and easy to control. Compared with the long-time catalytic reaction in a reactor, the efficiency and stability are greatly improved, and the obtained phosphatidyl serine can be used as a nutritional product or functional food to activate the human memory and cognitive function.

本发明涉及磷脂酰丝氨酸的生产制备技术领域,具体的涉及一种连续高效酶转化合成食品用磷脂酰丝氨酸的方法。通过将磷脂酶D负载于高吸附气凝胶多孔材料,从而提高磷脂酶D的反应活性和转化催化效能,使得在短时间内完成磷脂酰丝氨酸的催化合成反应;进一步,通过高压下在窄流道中进行有机相、水相的反应,不但反应效率高,而且窄流到流体均化反应,反应均匀,易于稳定控制。相比于在反应釜中长时间催化反应,其效率、稳定性大幅提升。所得磷脂酰丝氨酸可用作营养制品或功能性食品,激活人的记忆力和认知功能。
