(ZH) 本发明公开了一种电动汽车以及电池管理系统及其故障检测方法,方法包括以下步骤:控制每个均衡单元均处于关闭状态,并获取每个电池单体对应的采样单元所采样的初始电压;控制第1个电池单体对应的均衡单元处于开启状态,并获取第1个电池单体对应的采样单元采样的均衡电压、第2个电池单体对应的采样单元采样的辅助电压,以此计算第1个电池单体对应的连接电阻;依次控制第2至第N个电池单体对应的均衡单元处于开启状态,在第i个电池单体开启时获取第i个电池单体对应的采样单元采样的均衡电压,以此计算第i个电池单体对应的连接电阻;在任意一个连接电阻的变化率大于预设阈值时生成预警信息,从而在线束连接可靠性变差初期提前发出告警信息。
