本发明涉及一种双层耐高温隔热吸波复合材料的制备方法,属于吸波材料制备技术领域。本发明先将三氯化铝、碳酸锆等物质制备得陶瓷纤维粉末,再称取纳米二氧化钛、偶联剂加入去离子水混合后加入陶瓷纤维粉末,超声分散后加热搅拌得浆料溶液,将浆料溶液和水玻璃混合后浇注成型、烧结得基体材料,利用环氧树脂制备得到吸波涂料涂覆在基体表面,固化后即可得到双层耐高温隔热吸波复合材料,本发明基层是具有多孔结构陶瓷纤维材料,不仅电阻率高,而且其热导率低,耐高温性能好,与外层涂层结合后可快速吸收并衰减电磁波,吸收效率高,而且频宽,质轻,力学性能优良,涂层通过偶联剂和基层结合牢固,不易脱落。
