In order to suppress decreases in system resource use efficiency in Licensed-Assisted Access (LLA) systems using Listen Before Talk (LBT), a wireless base station according to one embodiment of the present invention communicates with user terminals capable of using licensed bands and unlicensed bands, and is characterized by comprising an acquisition unit for acquiring information relating to the amount of available time resources as computed from the results of LBT on unlicensed bands, and a control unit for controlling communications with the user terminal on unlicensed bands based on the information relating to the amount of available time resources.

在应用LBT的LAA系统中,抑制系统的资源利用效率降低。本发明的一方式的无线基站是与能够利用授权带域以及非授权带域的用户终端进行通信的无线基站,其特征在于,具有:取得单元,取得基于非授权带域中的LBT(对话前监听(Listen Before Talk))的结果而计算出的、与能够使用的时间资源量有关的信息;以及控制单元,基于所述与能够使用的时间资源量有关的信息,对非授权带域中的所述用户终端的通信进行控制。
