The invention provides a low-noise and high-sensitivity inductive magnetic sensor which comprises a forward amplifier circuit and two induction coils. The induction coils are of a parallelly-connected and tapped Z-shaped structure, and the forward amplifier circuit is two groups of symmetric common drain-common gate circuits formed by four transistors based on junction field effect. According to the magnetic sensor, the induction coils and a forward amplifier are integrally designed, the sensor is flexible to use, the induction coils have same phases, magnetic fluxes on the end surfaces of the coils are overlapped, capacity capturing electromagnetic signals is greatly improved, common-drain ends serve as input ends in the common drain-common gate circuits, input resistance is larger than 10Mohms, common gate ends serve as circuit output ends to amplify voltage signals, a variable resistor in a regulating circuit achieves impedance matching between the induction coils and the amplifier circuit, terminal voltage of the two induction coils can be compensated and regulated, and the sensor has remarkable functions of reducing system noise and improving induction sensitivity and system stability.

本发明提供了一种低噪声高灵敏度感应式磁传感器,包括前置放大电路和2个感应线圈,所述的感应线圈采用并联加抽头的Z字型结构,所述的前置放大电路采用4只基于结型场效应晶体管组成的2组对称的共漏‑共栅电路。本发明感应线圈和前置放大器采用一体化设计,使用灵活,感应线圈具有相同的相位,线圈端面的磁通量通过叠加,极大提高了捕获电磁信号的能力,共漏‑共栅电路用共漏端作为输入端,输入电阻大于10MΩ,共栅端作为电路输出端对电压信号进行放大。调节电路中的可变电阻器实现感应线圈与放大电路之间的阻抗匹配,同时可对2个线圈感应的端电压进行电压补偿调节,对降低系统噪声,增加感应灵敏度、系统稳定性有显著的作用。
