The invention discloses a blood pressure measurement system. Blood pressure of a person to be measured is measured by adopting video recording. The blood pressure measurement system comprises a video acquisition module, a pulse wave signal generation module, a waveform analysis module and a blood pressure value calculation module. A video of a fingertip is acquired; the position of a finger is positioned and tracked through utilizing contour tracing of the fingertip and a finger image is obtained; all pixel even values of each frame of image are used as characteristic values respectively to generate two time-variable pulse wave signal waveforms; the waveforms of two pulse waves are compared and analyzed to obtain pulse transmission time; a pulse wave following artery wave speed is calculated according to an image central distance and a blood pressure value is calculated by utilizing a conversion relationship between the pulse wave speed and blood pressure. The blood pressure measurement system adopts a non-invasive and non-contact type remote physiological signal detection method and influences caused by motion artifact in the video recording are overcome; the measurement precision is high and the system can be used for simultaneously measuring many people.

本发明公开了一种血压测量系统,采用视频拍摄进行被测者血压测量,包括视频采集模块,脉搏波信号生成模块、波形分析模块以及血压值计算模块。采集指端的视频;利用指端的轮廓跟踪来定位跟踪手指的位置,并获取手指图像;分别取每帧图像所有像素均值作为特征值,生成两个时变的脉搏波信号波形;将两个脉搏波的波形进行比对分析,得到脉搏的传播时间;根据图像中心距离计算出脉搏波沿动脉波速,利用脉搏波速与血压之间的换算关系计算出血压值。本发明采用无创、非接触式远程检测生理信号方法,克服了视频记录中运动伪影影响,测量精度高,能同时进行多人测量。
