The invention discloses an unlicensed carrier occupation method and device and relates to the wireless communication technique. The unlicensed carrier occupation method disclosed by the invention comprises that a first device sends a signaling for indicating unlicensed spectrum resource information to a second device; and the first device sends data or stops sending data to the second device according to the signaling for indicating the unlicensed spectrum resource information. The invention also discloses an unlicensed carrier occupation method and sending and receiving device. According to the technical solution provided by the invention, the wastes of the unlicensed resources are greatly reduced through designing a rational resource occupation solution; a terminal can still transmit/retransmit data on the same unlicensed carrier according to the original timing relationship of LTE; and the QoS is ensured.

本发明公开了一种非授权载波的占用方法和设备,涉及无线通信技术。本发明公开的一种非授权载波的占用方法,包括:第一设备向第二设备发送用于指示非授权频谱资源信息的信令;所述第一设备根据所述用于指示非授权频谱资源信息的信令向所述第二设备发送数据或停止发送数据。本发明还公开了一种非授权载波的占用方法及发送、接收设备。本申请技术方案通过设计合理的资源占用方案极大的减少了非授权资源的浪费,确保终端依然按照LTE原有的定时关系在同一个非授权载波上面进行数据首传/重传,保证了QoS。
