本发明公开了一种11H‑吲哚并[3,2‑c]喹啉类化合物的合成方法,属于吲哚并喹啉类化合物的合成技术领域。本发明的技术方案要点为:以2‑(2‑溴芳基)‑1H‑吲哚、氨水和醛类化合物为原料,以二甲基亚砜或N,N‑二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,以过渡金属盐为催化剂,以碳酸钾为碱,以L‑脯氨酸为配体,经过一锅、两步、三组份串联反应合成多种取代模式的11H‑吲哚并[3,2‑c]喹啉类化合物。本发明的合成方法具有起始原料简单易制备、底物适用范围广、区域选择性高和操作简单等优点。
