聚偏氟乙烯-端羧基多壁碳纳米管复合介电材料的制备方法,介电复合材料由端羧基多壁碳纳米管、聚偏氟乙烯、N-N二甲基甲酰胺复合制备,以经过改性后的端羧基基多壁碳纳米管为纳米导电介质填料,通过超声分散的方法将其均匀分散于聚偏氟乙烯溶液中,将铸膜液在热台中熔融消除热历史,热台培养;将该复合薄膜用偏光显微镜、扫描电镜和红外光谱仪仪器表征复合材料熔体的结晶过程和结晶完成后的晶体结构,通过离子溅射仪镀金属电极,测试其介电性能;该介电复合材料中的聚偏氟乙烯由于端羟基多壁碳纳米管的作用主要以β晶型存在,由于其晶体类型是全反式的TTT构象,具有压释电以及介电性能,导电性能和高介电存储性能;该制备方法和工艺流程简单。
