An upper oil passage (1) is divided into an oil inlet cavity (9) and an oil return cavity (10) through a partition plate; twelve installation holes are distributed in the upper oil passage (1) and a lower oil passage (4) respectively; twelve copper aluminum spiral warped piece composite assemblies (5) are fixedly connected to the twelve installation holes of the upper oil passage (1) and the lower oil passage (4) by using a brazing technology; an oil inlet (2) and an oil outlet (3) are connected to two ends of the side surface of the upper oil passage (1) fixedly and respectively; the oil inlet (2) penetrates through the oil inlet cavity (9) of the upper oil passage (1); the oil outlet (3) penetrates through the oil return cavity (10) of the upper oil passage (1); the copper aluminum spiral warped piece composite assemblies (5), the upper oil passage (1) and the lower oil passage (4) form an engine oil radiating loop. The novel engine oil radiator is used for agricultural and engineering machinery; when the normal working state of equipment is influenced by high-temperature lubricating oil and hydraulic oil during operation, the temperature of the lubricating oil and the temperature of the hydraulic oil are reduced, the working condition of the equipment is maintained, and the reliability of the equipment is improved.

本发明公开了一中新型机油散热器,上油道(1)内经隔板分成进油腔(9)和回油腔(IO),上油道(1)、下油道(4)上分别分布12个安装孔,12件铜铝螺旋翘片复合组件(5)采用钎焊技术固联在上油道(1)和下油道(4)的12个安装孔中,在上油道(1)侧面的两端分别固联进油口(2)和出油口(3),进油口(2)贯通上油道(1)的进油腔(9),出油口(3)贯通上油道(1)的回油腔(10),铜铝螺旋翘片复合组件(5)与上油道(1)、下油道(4)构成机油散热回路。本发明用于农用机械、工程机械,当设备工作时的润滑油、液压油温度高影响设备正常工作状态时,降低其温度,维持设备工况,提高设备的可靠性。
