本发明公开了一种3,6-二氯-2-羟基苯甲酸的合成方法,依次包括以下步骤: 1)2,5-二氯苯酚成盐;2)羧化:将2,5-二氯苯酚盐溶液转移至高压反应釜内,加入催化剂,然后通入CO2进行高压羧化反应,得含有3,6-二氯-2-羟基苯甲酸盐的反应产物;催化剂为氯化钾;3)精制:将上述反应产物冷却至室温后,加入碱溶液,调节pH至11~13,分层后取水相;在水相中加入酸溶液,调节pH至1~3,经水汽蒸馏回收2,5-二氯苯酚后,抽滤干燥,得3,6-二氯-2-羟基苯甲酸。采用该方法合成3,6-二氯-2-羟基苯甲酸,具有成本低廉、收率较高的特点。
