本发明是一种高效率Doherty功放,包括驱动功放和末级功放,其中驱动功放由功分电桥1、驱动功放1、驱动功放2、非线性网络1、合路器1和负载组成平衡放大结构;末级功放由功分电桥2、非线性网络2、载波功放、峰值功放和合路器2组成Doherty放大结构。驱动功放1和驱动功放2都工作在B类偏置,这样可以提高驱动功放的线性和效率性能。载波功放工作在B类偏置,峰值功放工作在C类偏置,并且采用非对称Doherty结构,大大提高末级功放在8dB回退时效率。本发明有益的效果:驱动功放和末级功放都处于高效率工作状态,实现对高峰均值比信号的高效率放大。同时在Doherty结构中功率分配电桥的隔离端增加非线性匹配网络,可以大大提高批量生产的一致性。
