Abstract

The amorphous and/or partially crystalline glass solders are particularly suitable for high-temperature applications, e.g. in fuel cells or sensors in the exhaust gas stream of internal combustion engines. The glass solder is characterized by a linear coefficient of thermal expansion in the temperature range from 20 DEG C. to 300 DEG C. of 8.010-6 K-1 to 11.010-6 K-1 and a hemisphere temperature of 820 DEG C. to 1100 DEG C. and is suitable for laser bonding.

本发明涉及高温玻璃焊料及其应用,具体涉及一种无定形和/或部分结晶的玻璃焊料,其尤其适用于高温应用,及其在例如燃料电池或内燃机废气流中的传感器中的应用。玻璃焊料的特征在于,在20℃至300℃温度范围内的线性热膨胀系数为8×10-6K-1至11×10-6K-1,和半球温度为820℃至1100℃,其适用于激光粘结。
