The invention discloses a macro preparation device of ordered nano-fibers, which relates to a preparation device of nano-fiber. The ordered nano-fibers macro preparation device provided by the invention is capable of controlling the deposition locations and the arrangement patterns of the nano-fiber effectively during the electrospinning process. The macro preparation device comprises a DC high-voltage power supply, a solution tank, a solution channel, a spray head, a controller, a collecting plate, a matrix electrode, a base, a relay group, a control bus and an auxiliary low-voltage DC power supply. The solution tank is communicated with the spray head through the solution channel for adding solution to the spray head; the positive pole of the DC high-voltage power supply is connected with the spray-head through a lead wire, the negative pole of the DC high-voltage power supply is connected with the negative pole of the auxiliary DC power supply and is grounded; the matrix electrode is positioned above the base, the collecting plate is positioned on the upper surface of the matrix electrode; the output end of the relay group is connected with the matrix electrode, the normally-closed end of the relay group is connected with the auxiliary DC power supply, the normally-opened end of the relay group is grounded, and the control end of the relay group is connected with the controller through the control bus.

有序纳米纤维宏量制备装置,涉及一种纳米纤维的制备装置。提供一种可实现对电纺丝过程纳米纤维的沉积位置和排列形式的有效控制的有序纳米纤维宏量制备装置。设有直流高压电源、溶液槽、溶液通道、喷头、控制器、收集板、矩阵电极、基座、继电器组、控制总线和辅助低压直流电源。溶液槽通过溶液通道与喷头相连通,向喷头补充溶液;直流高压电源正极通过导线与喷头相接,直流高压电源负极与辅助直流电源负极相连,并且接地;矩阵电极放置于基座上方,收集板放置于矩阵电极上表面;继电器组输出端接矩阵电极,继电器组的常闭端接辅助直流电源,继电器组的常开端接地,继电器组的控制端通过控制总线接控制器。
