A method and an apparatus for aperiodically transmitting sounding reference signal in a wireless communication system are provided in the present invention. The method includes the following steps: configuring the parameters of the sounding reference signal for the channel which is to be detected by a user device, in order to allocate the resource of the sounding reference signal for the user device (S510); transmitting the information, which includes the sounding reference signal resource allocated to the user device, to the user device through a high layer signaling (S520); and transmitting an activation signal to the user device through a low layer signaling to activate the user device to transmit the sounding reference signal (S530). Therefore, an activation signal is transmitted to the user device by transmitting a low layer signaling with higher speed, thus the use efficiency of the resource of the sounding reference signal of the system can be improved, and more users can be supported by the system.
