Abstract
(DE) Bereitgestellt wird eine Spannvorrichtung (19) zum Einspannen von rohr- oder stangenförmigen Werkstücken in einer Laserbearbeitungsanlage, die Spannvorrichtung umfassend: Einen um eine zentrale Rotationsachse gelagerten ringförmigen Grundkörper, der eine Spannbacken-Antriebseinrichtung wenigstens teilweise beherbergt und der an seiner einem Bearbeitungsbereich zugewandten Vorderseite wenigstens zwei nutförmige Ausnehmungen aufweist, die sich in radialer Richtung, vorzugsweise von einer Innenseite bis zu einer Außenseite des ringförmigen Grundkörpers, erstrecken; Zwei Dichtungselemente pro nutförmiger Ausnehmung, wobei jeweils ein erstes der Dichtungselemente an einem inneren radialen Ende einer der nutförmigen Ausnehmungen und ein zweites der Dichtungselemente an einem äußeren radialen Ende dieser nutförmigen Ausnehmung angebracht ist; Wenigstens zwei, vorzugsweise riegelförmige, Spannbackenhalter, die in die wenigstens zwei nutförmigen Aussparungen aufnehmbar und mittels der Spannbacken-Antriebseinrichtung radial verfahrbar sind, wobei die Spannbackenhalter in jeder radialen Position jeweils am inneren radialen Ende und am äußeren radialen Ende der nutförmigen Aussparungen mit den entsprechenden Dichtungselementen in Kontakt stehen; und Wenigstens zwei Spannbacken, die an der Vorderseite des Grundkörpers auf den wenigstens zwei Spannbackenhaltern befestigbar sind. Bereitgestellt wird ferner eine Laserbearbeitungsanlage umfassend die Spannvorrichtung.
(EN) A clamping apparatus (19) is provided for clamping tubular or rod-like workpieces in a laser processing installation, the clamping apparatus comprising: an annular basic body which is mounted about a central axis of rotation, at least partially accommodates a clamping-jaw drive device and has, on its front side facing a processing area, at least two groove-like recesses which extend in a radial direction, preferably from an inner side to an outer side of the annular basic body; two sealing elements per groove-like recess, wherein in each case a first of the sealing elements is attached to an inner radial end of one of the groove-like recesses and a second of the sealing elements is attached to an outer radial end of this groove-like recess; at least two, preferably bar-like, clamping-jaw holders, which are receivable in the at least two groove-like cutouts and are radially movable by means of the clamping-jaw drive device, wherein the clamping-jaw holders are in contact in each radial position with the corresponding sealing elements in each case at the inner radial end and at the outer radial end of the groove-like cutouts; and at least two clamping jaws, which are able to be fastened to the at least two clamping-jaw holders at the front side of the basic body. Also provided is a laser processing installation comprising the clamping apparatus.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de serrage (19) pour serrer des pièces en forme de tube ou de tige dans une installation d'usinage au laser, le dispositif de serrage comprenant : un corps de base annulaire monté autour d'un axe de rotation central, qui loge au moins en partie un dispositif d'entraînement à mâchoires de serrage et qui présente sur sa face avant orientée vers une zone d'usinage au moins deux évidements en forme de rainure qui s'étendent dans la direction radiale, de préférence depuis une face intérieure jusqu'à une face extérieure du corps de base annulaire ; deux éléments d'étanchéité par évidement en forme de rainure, un premier des éléments d'étanchéité étant respectivement fixé à une extrémité radiale intérieure d'un des évidements en forme de rainure et un deuxième des éléments d'étanchéité étant fixé à une extrémité radiale extérieure de cet évidement en forme de rainure ; au moins deux supports de mâchoire de serrage, de préférence en forme de barre, qui peuvent être logés dans les au moins deux évidements en forme de rainure et peuvent être déplacés radialement au moyen du dispositif d'entraînement à mâchoires de serrage, les supports de mâchoire de serrage étant en contact avec les éléments d'étanchéité correspondants respectivement au niveau de l'extrémité radiale intérieure et au niveau de l'extrémité radiale extérieure des évidements en forme de rainure ; et au moins deux mâchoires de serrage qui peuvent être fixées sur le ou les supports de mâchoires de serrage sur la face avant du corps de base. L'invention concerne en outre une installation d'usinage au laser comprenant ledit dispositif de serrage.
