Abstract
(EN) A grid of profiles (10) for a suspended ceiling system, comprising a primary profile (100) having a web (108) provided with a connection opening (102), and a first and second secondary profile (200) each having an end provided with a hook-on member (210). The first and second secondary profiles (200) are connected to the primary profile (100) by means of the hook-on members (210) which are inserted into the connection opening (102) from opposite sides thereof for hooked engagement with the web (108) of the primary profile (100). The first and second secondary profiles (200) each comprises a lug (212) extending in the longitudinal direction (L2) of the associated first or second secondary profile (200), which lugs (212) cooperate with the primary profile (100) to define a mounted state of the grid of profiles (10). Each lug (212) is moveable around a folding axis (A1) arranged at angle (α) of 15° and 80°, preferably 45°, to the longitudinal direction (L2) of the respective first and second secondary profile (200). The invention also relates to a method for dismounting a grid of profiles.
(FR) L'invention concerne une grille de profilés (10) destinée à un système de plafond suspendu, comprenant un profilé primaire (100) comportant une âme (108) pourvue d'une ouverture de raccordement (102), et des premier et second profilés secondaires (200) comportant chacun une extrémité pourvue d'un élément d'accrochage (210). Les premier et second profilés secondaires (200) sont reliés au profilé primaire (100) au moyen des éléments d'accrochage (210) qui sont insérés dans l'ouverture de raccordement (102) depuis leurs côtés opposés pour une mise en prise par crochet avec l'âme (108) du profilé primaire (100). Les premier et second profilés secondaires (200) comprennent chacun un ergot (212) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale (L2) du premier ou du second profilé secondaire associé (200), lesquels ergots (212) coopèrent avec le profilé primaire (100) pour définir un état monté de la grille de profilés (10). Chaque ergot (212) est mobile autour d'un axe de pliage (A1) disposé à un angle (α) compris entre 15° et 80°, de préférence 45°, par rapport à la direction longitudinale (L2) des premier et second profilés secondaires (200) respectifs. L'invention concerne également un procédé de démontage d'une grille de profilés.
