Abstract
(EN) A communication control device 3 comprises: an overlapped area specifying unit 303 for specifying an overlapped area OA of a first position registration area TA1 including at least one ground communication cell which a ground base station installed on the ground provides to the ground and a second position registration area TA2 including at least one non-ground communication cell which a flying non-ground base station provides to the ground; a connection detection unit 302 for detecting connection of a communicator 2F in the overlapped area OA to one of the ground base station and the non-ground base station; and a connection change limitation unit 304 for limiting changing of a connection destination of the communicator 2F from one of the ground base station and the non-ground base station to the other while the communicator 2F is in the overlapped area OA.
(FR) Un dispositif de commande de communication 3 comprend : une unité de spécification de zone de chevauchement 303 pour spécifier une zone de chevauchement OA d'une première zone d'enregistrement de position TA1 comprenant au moins une cellule de communication au sol qu'une station de base au sol installée sur le sol fournit au sol et une seconde zone d'enregistrement de position TA2 comprenant au moins une cellule de communication hors sol qu'une station de base hors sol volante fournit au sol ; une unité de détection de connexion 302 pour détecter la connexion d'un communicateur 2F dans la zone de chevauchement OA à l'une de la station de base au sol et de la station de base hors sol ; et une unité de limitation de changement de connexion 304 pour limiter le changement d'une destination de connexion du communicateur 2F de l'une de la station de base au sol et de la station de base hors sol à l'autre tandis que le communicateur 2F se trouve dans la zone de chevauchement OA.
(JA) 通信制御装置3は、地上に設置される地上基地局が地上に提供する地上通信セルを少なくとも一つ含む第1位置登録エリアTA1、および、飛行する非地上基地局が地上に提供する非地上通信セルを少なくとも一つ含む第2位置登録エリアTA2の重複エリアOAを特定する重複エリア特定部303と、重複エリアOA内の通信機2Fが、地上基地局および非地上基地局の一方の基地局と接続されていることを検知する接続検知部302と、通信機2Fが重複エリアOA内にいる間は、地上基地局および非地上基地局の一方の基地局から他方の基地局への当該通信機2Fの接続先の変更を制限する接続変更制限部304と、を備える(図3)。
