Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to an arrangement for monitor¬ ing the movement of a piston rod (5) in a pressure medium operated actuator (2). Then, a movement of a machine part controlled by the pressure medium operated actuator (2) is monitored in a space of time and place in order to produce terminal location data (Px) on each movement of this machine part. The arrangement comprising at least one 3-axis sensor unit (1) determining a position in relation to a gravitational vector and storage means (3) for receiving and storing the terminal location data produced by this sensor unit. From each two successive pieces of terminal location data (Px) pro duced by the sensor unit, a movement distance (Lx) per formed by the piston rod (5) in the actuator is calculated by processing means (4). Calculating means (6) form from each movement distance (Lx) a cumulative total movement dis tance (Ltot) which is compared by monitoring means (7) with a reference value (Lref) entered to the monitoring means in order to monitor the degree of use of the actuator (2).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un agencement destiné à surveiller le mouvement d'une tige de piston (5) dans un actionneur (2) manœuvré par un milieu de pression. Un mouvement d'une partie de machine commandée par l'actionneur (2) manœuvré par le milieu de pression est alors surveillé dans un domaine de temps et d'espace afin de produire des données d'emplacement de terminal (Px) sur chaque mouvement de cette partie de machine. L'agencement comportant au moins une unité (1) de capteur à 3 axes déterminant une position par rapport à un vecteur gravitationnel et des moyens (3) de stockage servant à recevoir et à stocker les données d'emplacement de terminal produites par cette unité de capteur. À partir de chaque paire d'éléments successifs de données d'emplacement de terminal (Px) produits par l'unité de capteur, une distance de mouvement (Lx) parcourue par la tige de piston (5) dans l'actionneur est calculée par des moyens (4) de traitement. Des moyens (6) de calcul forment, à partir de chaque distance de mouvement (Lx), une distance totale cumulative de mouvement (Ltot) qui est comparée par des moyens (7) de surveillance avec une valeur de référence (Lref) introduite dans les moyens de surveillance afin de surveiller le degré d'utilisation de l'actionneur (2).
