Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a battery case structure and a battery. The battery case structure comprises a bottom housing and a cover plate assembly; the bottom housing and the cover plate assembly jointly enclose to form an accommodating cavity; the cover plate assembly comprises a top cover, an insulating member, and a conductive member; the top cover is connected to the top of the bottom housing; a through hole is formed on the top cover; the conductive member is provided on the through hole; the insulating member is provided between the top cover and the conductive member; the top cover, the conductive member, and the insulating member are of a single-layer structure; and the top cover is sealably connected to the bottom housing. The battery case structure and the battery provided by the present invention can increase an effective volume of an inner cavity of a battery by means of a single-layer cover plate assembly provided thereon under the condition that the volume of the battery is fixed, thereby improving battery capacity, and is thus used for solving the problem in the prior art of small battery capacity caused by a decrease in an effective volume of an inner cavity of a battery due to a large thickness of a cover plate assembly of the battery.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure de compartiment de batterie et une batterie. La structure de compartiment de batterie comprend un compartiment inférieur et un ensemble plaque-couvercle ; le compartiment inférieur et l'ensemble plaque-couvercle se ferment conjointement pour former une cavité de réception ; l'ensemble plaque-couvercle comprend un couvercle supérieur, un élément isolant et un élément conducteur ; le couvercle supérieur est relié à la partie supérieure du compartiment inférieur ; un trou traversant est formé sur le couvercle supérieur ; l'élément conducteur est disposé sur le trou traversant ; l'élément isolant est disposé entre le couvercle supérieur et l'élément conducteur ; le couvercle supérieur, l'élément conducteur et l'élément isolant sont d'une structure monocouche ; et le couvercle supérieur est relié de manière étanche au compartiment inférieur. La structure de compartiment de batterie et la batterie selon la présente invention peuvent augmenter un volume efficace d'une cavité interne d'une batterie au moyen d'un ensemble plaque-couvercle monocouche disposé sur celle-ci dans la condition que le volume de la batterie soit fixé, ce qui permet d'améliorer la capacité de la batterie, et est ainsi utilisée pour résoudre le problème dans l'état de la technique de faible capacité de batterie provoquée par une diminution d'un volume efficace d'une cavité interne d'une batterie en raison d'une grande épaisseur d'un ensemble plaque-couvercle de la batterie.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种电池外壳结构和电池,其中电池外壳结构包括:底壳和盖板组件,底壳与盖板组件共同围成容纳腔;盖板组件包括顶盖、绝缘件和导电件;顶盖连接在底壳顶部,顶盖上开设有通孔,导电件设置在通孔上,绝缘件设在顶盖和导电件之间,其中,顶盖、导电件和绝缘件为单层结构,顶盖与底壳密封连接。本发明提供的电池外壳结构和电池,通过其上设置的单层盖板组件,使得电池体积一定的情况下,可以增加电池内腔的有效容积,从而提升电池容量,用于解决现有技术中电池盖板组件厚度较厚,导致电池内腔有效容积减小,进而导致电池容量较小的问题。
