Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to the technical field of optical projection machine manufacturing, and provides a manufacturing method for an optical protection machine. The method is applied to an optical projection machine which has a light source module (200) and a heat dissipation module (100), wherein the heat dissipation module (100) comprises an aluminum heat sink (120) and at least one heat pipe (110). The method comprises: (10) firstly fixing a heating end of the at least one heat pipe (110) to a backlight side of the light source module (200) by means of low-temperature welding; and (20) fixing a condensation end of the at least one heat pipe (110) to the aluminum heat sink (120), so as to complete manufacturing of the projection optical machine. The optical projection machine manufactured by means of the method has a simple flow process, is low in cost and thermal resistance, and good in reliability.
(FR) La présente invention concerne le domaine technique de la fabrication de machines de projection optique, et elle porte sur un procédé de fabrication pour une machine de protection optique. Le procédé est appliqué à une machine de projection optique qui comporte un module de source de lumière (200) et un module de dissipation de chaleur (100), le module de dissipation de chaleur (100) comprenant un dissipateur thermique en aluminium (120) et au moins un caloduc (110). Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : (10) tout d'abord, fixer une extrémité de chauffage du ou des caloducs (110) à un côté de rétroéclairage du module de source de lumière (200) par soudage à basse température ; et (20) fixer une extrémité de condensation du ou des caloducs (110) au dissipateur thermique en aluminium (120) de façon à achever la fabrication de la machine optique de projection. La machine de projection optique fabriquée au moyen du procédé présente un processus d'écoulement simple, elle présente des coûts et une résistance thermique faibles, et elle possède une bonne fiabilité.
(ZH) 一种投影光机的制作方法,涉及投影光机制作技术领域,应用于具有光源模组(200)和散热模组(100)的投影光机,其中,散热模组(100)包括铝制散热器(120)和至少一根热管(110),首先将至少一根热管(110)的发热端通过低温焊接固定在光源模组(200)的背光侧(10),然后将至少一根热管(110)的冷凝端固定在铝制散热器(120)上(20),以完成投影光机的制作。通过该方法制作的投影光机程制工艺简单、成本低、热阻低且可靠性好。
