A joined part (711), where opening ends (611A, 611B) of the tip-side covers (61A, 61B) and a tip-side fitting end (532) of the housing (5) are joined on the entire circumference in a circumferential direction (C), is formed in one area in the axial direction (L) of a tip-side fitting site (71) where the opening ends (611A, 611B) are fitted to the tip-side fitting end (532). A gap (712A) having a radius of at least 50 μm is formed in a circumferential-direction site excluding a portion in the circumferential direction (C), the site being the remaining area of the tip-side fitting site (71) in the axial direction (L) excluding the one area.
