Abstract
(EN) An inspection device (1) is to be inserted into a gap (103) between the inner peripheral surface of a stator (102) and the outer peripheral surface of a rotor (101) of a rotary electric machine (100) so as to inspect an inspection target location (120), said inspection device comprising: traveling bodies (111, 112) that are attached to a base frame (21) and that move the base frame (21) in the axial direction (Y) in the gap (103); a probe (31) that inspects the inspection target location (120); a radial movement unit (20) that moves the probe (31) in the radial direction (X) perpendicular to the circumferential direction (Z) and the axial direction (Y); and a circumferential movement unit (30) that moves the probe (31) in the circumferential direction (Z) in the base frame (21).
