Abstract
(EN) A power electronic building block (PEBB, 200) is provided, including capacitors (210), switch modules (220), a busbar arrangement (270), and at least one AC busbar (230, 231). Connection points of the at least one AC busbar are arranged symmetrically along a first direction with respect to a plane perpendicularly intersecting the first direction, and the at least one AC busbar includes a hole elongated along the first direction and configured to balance one or more loop inductances between at least one AC external terminal point and the connection points. A modular multilevel converter (MMC) is also provided, including a plurality of converter arms each including at least one sub module formed by the PEBB.
(FR) L'invention concerne un bloc module électronique de puissance (PEBB, 200) comprenant des condensateurs (210), des modules de commutation (220), un agencement de barres omnibus (270) et au moins une barre omnibus CA (230, 231). Des points de connexion de ladite barre omnibus CA sont disposés symétriquement dans une première direction par rapport à un plan coupant perpendiculairement la première direction, et ladite barre omnibus CA comprend un trou allongé le long de la première direction et conçu pour équilibrer une ou plusieurs inductances de boucle entre au moins un point de borne externe de CA et les points de connexion. L'invention concerne également un convertisseur multiniveau modulaire (MMC), comprenant plusieurs bras de convertisseur comprenant chacun au moins un sous-module formé par le bloc module électronique de puissance.
