(1): A-((OX)m-T-Yr)n (2): Y1 r1-T1-X1-(OX1)p-T2-Y2 r2 In formula 1, at least one of the (m × n)-number X moieties comprises -CHF-. In formula 2, at least one of the (p + 1)-number X1 moieties comprises -CHF-. Explanations of the other symbols in formula 1 and formula 2 are omitted.
