Abstract
(EN) Systems, methods, and computer-readable mediums for generating, by an artificial intelligence engine, a resource utilization plan for a medical condition of patients. The method including receiving medical data pertaining to the patients, determining, by the artificial intelligence engine, a disease progression level for the medical condition of the patients. The determining is based at least on the medical data, and the disease progression level indicates a trajectory for the patient on a disease continuum of the medical condition. The method includes generating, by the artificial intelligence engine, the resource utilization plan for the medical condition of the patients. The generating is based at least on the disease progression level, and the resource utilization plan includes actionable items to be performed by a healthcare facility. The method includes transmitting the resource utilization plan to a computing device.
