Abstract
(EN) Systems, methods, and computer-readable mediums for generating, by an artificial intelligence engine, an exercise plan for a user to perform. The method comprises receiving data pertaining to the user and generating user energy consumption metrics for a plurality of exercises. Each of the user energy consumption metrics is generated for a respective one of the plurality of exercises based at least on a metabolic equivalent of task (MET) value for the respective one of the plurality of exercises and user fitness test results. The method also includes generating the exercise plan based at least on the user energy consumption metrics and a user energy score. The exercise plan includes at least a subset of the plurality of exercises to be performed by the user to attempt to achieve the user energy score. The method further includes transmitting the exercise plan to a computing device.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes, des procédés et des supports lisibles par ordinateur pour la génération, par un moteur d'intelligence artificielle, d'un plan d'exercices physiques à effectuer par un utilisateur. Le procédé consiste à recevoir des données relatives à l'utilisateur et à générer des mesures de consommation d'énergie d'utilisateur pour une pluralité d'exercices physiques. Chacune des mesures de consommation d'énergie d'utilisateur est générée pour un exercice physique respectif parmi la pluralité d'exercices physiques, sur la base d'au moins une valeur d'équivalent métabolique de tâche (MET) pour l'exercice respectif de la pluralité d'exercices physiques et les résultats de test de condition physique de l'utilisateur. Le procédé consiste également à générer le plan d'exercices physiques sur la base d'au moins la mesure de consommation d'énergie d'utilisateur et d'un score d'énergie d'utilisateur. Le plan d'exercices physiques comprend au moins un sous-ensemble de la pluralité d'exercices physiques à effectuer par l'utilisateur pour tenter d'atteindre le score d'énergie de l'utilisateur. Le procédé consiste en outre à transmettre le plan d'exercices physiques à un dispositif informatique.
