Abstract
(EN) The present disclosure relates to a pulsating heat pipe-based battery cooling module and a battery unit including the same. The cooling module using the pulsating heat pipe may include: a plurality of heating plates which are arranged in parallel such that both sides or one side of the heating plates contact a plurality of battery cells, while forming a space in which the plurality of battery cells are accommodatable; at least one cooling plate which allows a coolant to flow; and a plurality of channels which are in contact with the plurality of heating plates and the at least one cooling plate, have a sealed tube shape and a working fluid filled in a portion of the sealed tube shape in such a way as to function as the pulsating heat pipe. The proposed cooling module minimizes the temperature difference within the battery cell and efficiently absorbs the heat, thereby reducing the overall temperature of the battery cell.
(FR) La présente divulgation concerne un module de refroidissement de batterie par caloduc pulsatoire et une unité de batterie le comprenant. Le module de refroidissement utilisant le caloduc pulsatoire peut comprendre : une pluralité de plaques chauffantes qui sont disposées en parallèle de telle sorte que les deux côtés ou un côté des plaques chauffantes entrent en contact avec une pluralité d'éléments de batterie, tout en formant un espace dans lequel la pluralité d'éléments de batterie peuvent être installés ; au moins une plaque de refroidissement qui permet à un fluide de refroidissement de s'écouler ; et une pluralité de canaux qui sont en contact avec la pluralité de plaques chauffantes et la ou les plaques de refroidissement, ont une forme de tube étanche et un fluide de travail remplissant une partie de la forme de tube étanche de manière à fonctionner en tant que caloduc pulsatoire. Le module de refroidissement proposé réduit au minimum la différence de température à l'intérieur de l'élément de batterie et absorbe efficacement la chaleur, réduisant ainsi la température globale de l'élément de batterie.
