Abstract
(EN) The non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a base steel sheet and a composite coating film of a Zn-containing phosphate and an organic resin that is formed on a surface of the base steel sheet, the non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet including crystalline aluminum phosphate that exhibits a diffraction line pertaining to ICDD No. 01-074-3256 when the composite coating film is measured by wide-angle X-ray diffraction.
(FR) La feuille d'acier électromagnétique non orientée selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend une feuille d'acier de base et un film de revêtement composite d'un phosphate contenant du Zn et une résine organique qui est formée sur une surface de la feuille d'acier de base, la feuille d'acier électromagnétique non orientée comprenant du phosphate d'aluminium cristallin qui présente une ligne de diffraction se rapportant à ICDD n° 01-074-3256 lorsque le film de revêtement composite est mesuré par diffraction des rayons X aux grands angles.
(JA) 本発明の一実施形態に係る無方向性電磁鋼板は、母材鋼板と、前記母材鋼板の表面に形成された、Zn含有リン酸塩と有機樹脂との複合皮膜と、を備える無方向性電磁鋼板であって、前記複合皮膜を広角X線回折法で測定した時に、ICDD番号01-074-3256に帰属する回折線を示す結晶性リン酸アルミニウムを含む。
