Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides an improved means for extracting a protein in foods, which is capable of solving problems such as safety, speed, and reliability. The extraction reagent of the present invention is a reagent for extracting a protein in foods that includes a reducing agent and a surfactant. The reducing agent is a mercaptoalkanol and/or a sulfite, the surfactant is an alkyl sulfate, and the extraction reagent is for treatment by a shake method for from 30 minutes to 8 hours. The test kit of the present invention includes the extraction reagent and a specific antibody to a target protein for quantitatively or qualitatively detecting a target protein by an immunological measurement method.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un moyen amélioré d'extraire une protéine dans des aliments, qui est apte à résoudre des problèmes tels que la sécurité, la vitesse et la fiabilité. Le réactif d'extraction de la présente invention est un réactif destiné à extraire une protéine dans des aliments qui comprend un agent réducteur et un tensioactif. L'agent réducteur est un mercaptoalcanol et/ou un sulfite, le tensioactif est un sulfate d'alkyle, et le réactif d'extraction est destiné à être traité par un procédé d'agitation pendant 30 minutes à 8 heures. Le kit d'analyse de la présente invention comprend le réactif d'extraction et un anticorps spécifique à une protéine cible permettant la détection quantitative ou qualitative d'une protéine cible par un procédé de mesure immunologique.
(JA) 本発明は、安全性、迅速性、信頼性などの問題を解決できる、食品中のタンパク質を抽出するための改善された手段を提供する。本発明の抽出用試薬は、還元剤および界面活性剤を含む、食品中のタンパク質の抽出用試薬であって、前記還元剤はメルカプトアルカノールおよび/または亜硫酸塩であり、前記界面活性剤はアルキル硫酸塩であり、30分以上8時間以下の、振盪法による処理用である。本発明の検査用キットは、当該抽出用試薬と、標的タンパク質を免疫学的測定法により定量的または定性的に検出するための、標的タンパク質に対して特異的な抗体とを含む。
