Abstract
(EN) A terminal comprising: a receiving unit for receiving a system information block 1 (SIB1); and a control unit for determining whether a cell of a reduced capability (RedCap) terminal is prohibited, on the basis of whether the SIB1 includes first access information regarding permission of access to the cell, or whether second access information included in the SIB1 indicates permission or prohibition of access of a terminal having a specific number of receivers to the cell.
(FR) Terminal comprenant : une unité de réception servant à recevoir un bloc d'informations système 1 (SIB1) ; et une unité de commande servant à déterminer si une cellule d'un terminal de capacité réduite (RedCap) est interdit, sur la base du fait que le bloc SIB1 comprend des premières informations d'accès concernant l'autorisation d'accès à la cellule ou, si des secondes informations d'accès incluses dans le bloc SIB1 indiquent l'autorisation ou l'interdiction d'accès d'un terminal ayant un nombre spécifique de récepteurs à la cellule.
