The terminal device (30): acquires an image (A1) in which at least a part of a plurality of luminaires (10) is captured; specifies a correspondence relation indicating which area of a layout drawing (L1) of the plurality of luminaires (10) the image (A1) corresponds to; transmits, to the control device (20), a control signal that controls a first luminaire to light on or light off in a mode different from that of another luminaire (10); acquires, when the first luminaire is captured within an effective area of a control result image (A2a), identification information of the first luminaire from the control device (20); performs association of the identification information with a position in layout information; and suspends the association of the first luminaire when the first luminaire is not captured within the effective area of the control result image (A2b), and transmits, to the control device (20), a control signal that controls a second luminaire to light on or light off in a mode different from that of another luminaire (10). fp210485
