Abstract
(EN) Provided is a solid shaping method that can prevent a shell material from being drawn into a core material with which filling has been performed. This solid shaping method shapes a solid shaped product by first using a shell material to shape a shell layer, which is an outer shell layer of the solid shaped product, and then using a nozzle member to eject a core material and fill a core section with the same, said core section being a section that is surrounded by the shaped shell layer. The shell layer is shaped by curing a portion of the shell material which is in a fluid state, at least a tip end of the nozzle member is inserted into the uncured shell material that remains in the core section, and the core material is ejected from the tip end of the nozzle member, thereby exchanging the uncured shell material and the core material and filling the core section with the core material. This solid shaping method is configured such that the core section is filled with the core material while maintaining a state in which the core material has an interface only with the uncured shell material.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de mise en forme solide permettant d’empêcher un matériau d'enveloppe d'être aspiré dans un matériau de noyau avec lequel un remplissage a été effectué. Le présent procédé de mise en forme solide met en forme un produit solide mis en forme en utilisant d'abord un matériau d'enveloppe pour mettre en forme une couche d'enveloppe, qui est une couche d'enveloppe externe du produit solide mis en forme, puis en utilisant un élément de buse pour éjecter un matériau de noyau et remplir une section de noyau avec celui-ci, ladite section de noyau étant une section qui est entourée par la couche d'enveloppe mise en forme. La couche d'enveloppe est formée en durcissant une partie du matériau d'enveloppe qui est à l'état fluide, au moins une extrémité de l'élément de buse est insérée dans le matériau d'enveloppe non durci qui reste dans la section de noyau, et le matériau de noyau est éjecté de l'extrémité de l'élément de buse, échangeant ainsi le matériau d'enveloppe non durci et le matériau de noyau et remplissant la section de noyau avec le matériau de noyau. Le présent procédé de mise en forme solide est configuré de telle sorte que la section de noyau est remplie du matériau de noyau tout en maintenant un état dans lequel le matériau de noyau a une interface uniquement avec le matériau d'enveloppe non durci.
(JA) 充填したコア材中にシェル材が巻き込まれることを防ぐことができる立体造形方法を提供する。立体造形物の外殻層であるシェル層をシェル材を用いて先に造形し、次に造形済の当該シェル層に囲われた部分であるコア部にコア材をノズル部材により吐出して充填することによって立体造形物を造形する立体造形方法であって、流動状態の前記シェル材の一部を硬化させることで前記シェル層を造形し、前記コア部に残存する未硬化の前記シェル材中に前記ノズル部材の少なくとも先端を挿入し、前記ノズル部材の先端から前記コア材を吐出することにより、未硬化の前記シェル材と前記コア材を置き換えて前記コア部に前記コア材を充填するものであり、前記コア材が未硬化の前記シェル材とのみ界面を有する状態を維持しつつ、前記コア部に前記コア材を充填させる構成とする。
