Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to nanocrystalline xylan containing at least 0.1 free unsaturated groups per anhydroxylose unit, wherein free unsaturated groups are groups which exhibit unsaturated bonds, and which are capable of reacting with other groups, and the particle size of the xylan crystals is about 10 to 250 nm.
(FR) La présente invention concerne du xylane nanocristallin contenant au moins 0,1 groupe insaturé libre par motif anhydroxylose, les groupes insaturés libres étant des groupes qui font preuve de liaisons insaturées, et qui sont capables de réagir avec d’autres groupes, et la taille de particule des cristaux de xylane est d’environ 10 à 250 nm.
