Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kontakteinheit (100) mit zumindest zwei Kontaktelementen (11, 12; 21, 22), umfassend: Bereitstellen eines ersten Kontaktelementträgers (10), welcher aus einem ersten Trägermaterial (M1) ausgebildet ist, wobei in dem ersten Trägermaterial (M1) zumindest ein Kontaktelement (11, 12) an einem Aufnahmeabschnitt (11A, 12A) des zumindest einen Kontaktelements (11, 12) aufgenommen ist und das erste Trägermaterial (M1) an dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (11A, 12A) zumindest teilweise aufgeschrumpft ist; Bereitstellen eines zweiten Kontaktelementträgers (20), welcher aus einem zweiten Trägermaterial (M2) ausgebildet ist, wobei der zweite Kontaktelementträger (20) zur Aufnahme des ersten Kontaktelementträgers (10) in einer Längsrichtung (X) ausgebildet ist; Zumindest abschnittsweise Einführen des ersten Kontaktelementträgers (10) in den zweiten Kontaktelementträger (20), vorzugsweise in der Längsrichtung (X), bis zu einer Montageposition (MP) des ersten Kontaktelementträgers (10); Anbringen zumindest eines Bezugskontaktelements (21, 22) an den zweiten Kontaktelementträger (20); Bewegen des zumindest einen Kontaktelements (11, 12), vorzugsweise in der Längsrichtung (X), in dem ersten Kontaktelementträger (10) zu einer Endposition (EP), wobei in der Endposition (EP) zumindest ein Flächenabschnitt (11FA, 12FA) des zumindest einen Kontaktelements (11, 12) und zumindest ein Flächenabschnitt (21FA, 22FA) des zumindest einen Bezugskontaktelements (21, 22) koplanar angeordnet sind. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Kontakteinheit (100), welche vorzugsweise nach dem Verfahren gemäß der Erfindung hergestellt ist.
