Abstract
(EN) A gas separation membrane comprising the following layers: (i) a support layer; (ii) a discriminating layer comprising groups of the Formula (1): M-(O-)x Formula (1) wherein: M is a metal or metalloid atom; 0 is an oxygen atom; and x has a value of at least 4; (iii) a layer comprising a first fluoro compound which is free from silicon and a second fluoro compound which comprises silicon; (iv) optionally a protective layer; wherein: (a) the discriminating layer comprises a surface comprising at least 10 atomic % of M of Formula (1) groups, wherein M is as hereinbefore defined; (b) layer (iii) comprises at least 0.05 atomic % of Si; and (c) layer (ii) is located between layers (i) and (iii).
(FR) L'invention concerne une membrane de séparation de gaz comprenant les couches suivantes : (i) une couche de support ; (ii) une couche de discrimination comprenant des groupes de formule (1) : M-(O-)x formule (1), dans laquelle : M est un atome de métal ou de métalloïde ; 0 est un atome d'oxygène ; et x a une valeur d'au moins 4 ; (iii) une couche comprenant un premier composé fluoré qui est exempt de silicium et un second composé fluoré qui comprend du silicium ; (iv) éventuellement une couche protectrice ; dans laquelle : (a) la couche de discrimination comprend une surface comprenant au moins 10 % atomique de M de groupes de formule (1), où M est tel que défini ci-dessus ; (b) la couche (iii) comprend au moins 0,05 % atomique de Si ; et (c) la couche (ii) est située entre les couches (i) et (iii).
