Abstract
(EN) A protein crystallization nucleating agent and a preparation method for the protein crystallization nucleating agent. The nucleating agent has a hydrophobic three-dimensional porous structure. In the hydrophobic three-dimensional porous structure, the diameter of the pores is greater than or equal to 0.3 nm and less than or equal to 70 nm. The nucleating agent is obtained by reacting metal ions with a multidentate organic ligand solution containing lone pairs of electrons. The nucleating agent can improve the crystallization efficiency of protein.
(FR) Agent de nucléation permettant la recristallisation de protéines et procédé de préparation de l’agent de nucléation permettant la cristallisation de protéines. L’agent de nucléation a une structure poreuse tridimensionnelle hydrophobe. Dans la structure poreuse tridimensionnelle hydrophobe, le diamètre des pores est supérieur ou égal à 0,3 nm et inférieur ou égal à 70 nm. L’agent de nucléation est obtenu par réaction d’ions métalliques avec une solution d’un ligand organique multidenté contenant des paires d’électrons solitaires. L’agent de nucléation peut améliorer le rendement de la cristallisation d’une protéine.
(ZH) 一种蛋白质结晶成核剂及蛋白质结晶成核剂的制备方法。所述成核剂具有疏水性三维多孔结构,其中,在所述疏水性三维多孔结构中,孔的直径大于或等于0.3nm,且小于或等于70nm,所述成核剂由金属离子和含有孤对电子的多齿有机配体溶液反应得到。所述成核剂能够提高蛋白质的结晶效率。
