Abstract
(EN) Disclosed herein are a flexible textile-based silver electrode and a sweat-activated battery. Also disclosed herein is a method of making the flexible textile-based silver electrode by providing a composite material comprising a flexible textile substrate and a polymeric silver electrode wire, and bringing the composite material into contact with an aqueous solution comprising a non-toxic chloride salt and an organic acid for a period of time, wherein the electrode wire comprising an elastomeric material and silver flakes homogeneously distributed throughout the elastomeric material.
(FR) L’invention concerne une électrode en argent souple à base de textile et une batterie activée par la transpiration. Elle concerne également un procédé pour réaliser l’électrode en argent souple à base de textile en utilisant un matériau composite comprenant un substrat textile souple et un fil d’électrode d’argent polymère, et pour mettre le matériau composite en contact avec une solution aqueuse comprenant un sel de chlorure non toxique et un acide organique pendant une certaine période de temps, le fil d’électrode comprenant un matériau élastomère et des paillettes d’argent réparties de manière homogène dans tout le matériau élastomère.
