Abstract
(EN) In the present invention, a suitable control voltage is supplied to a toner sensor. This drum unit is provided with a photosensitive drum, a developing unit, a connector 55, and a relay substrate 58. The developing unit comprises: a magnetic roller; a developing container; a transport member that can transport a toner and a carrier toward the magnetic roller; and a toner sensor 66 that can measure the quantity of the toner within the developing container. The relay substrate 58 electrically connects the toner sensor 66 and the connector 55 and communicates, to an image formation device, a measurement signal produced through measurement by the toner sensor. The relay substrate 58: comprises a relay substrate memory 58M that has a storage region that stores control voltage information for generating a control voltage, which is a voltage for controlling the measurement signal of the toner sensor 66; and communicates the control voltage information stored in the relay substrate memory 58M to the image formation device.
