Abstract
(EN) Provided is a dispersion liquid of chain particles, the dispersion liquid having good dispersion stability even in a low pH region. That is, provided is a dispersion liquid of chain particles which are ATO particles connected to each other, wherein the average particle diameter of the ATO particles is 5-20 nm, the chain particles include silicon oxide, the average number of connected particles of the chain particles is 3-40, and the isoelectric point of the chain particles is less than pH 2.0. This coating material prepared by using such a dispersion liquid of chain particles can form a film which has a low surface resistance value and is excellent in adhesiveness with a substrate even when the content of the particles is low. Furthermore, it is preferable that these chain particles include tin oxide and antimony oxide, and silicon oxide, tin oxide, and antimony oxide are included in amounts of 0.5-10% by weight, 70-95% by weight, and 4.5-29.5% by weight, respectively, relative to the sum of same.
(FR) L'invention concerne un liquide de dispersion de particules en chaîne, le liquide de dispersion présentant une bonne stabilité de dispersion même dans une région à faible pH. L'invention concerne donc un liquide de dispersion de particules en chaîne qui sont des particules d'ATO (oxyde d'étain dopé à l'antimoine) reliées les unes aux autres, le diamètre moyen de particule des particules d'ATO étant de 5 à 20 nm, les particules de chaîne comprenant de l'oxyde de silicium, le nombre moyen de particules reliées des particules en chaîne étant de 3 à 40 et le point isoélectrique des particules en chaîne étant inférieur à pH 2,0. Ce matériau de revêtement préparé à l'aide d'un tel liquide de dispersion de particules en chaîne peut former un film qui présente une faible valeur de résistance de surface et qui est excellent en termes d'adhésivité avec un substrat, même lorsque la teneur en particules est faible. En outre, il est préférable que ces particules en chaîne comprennent de l'oxyde d'étain et de l'oxyde d'antimoine ; et l'oxyde de silicium, l'oxyde d'étain et l'oxyde d'antimoine sont inclus en des quantités respectivement de 0,5 à 10 % en poids, de 70 à 95 % en poids et de 4,5 à 29,5 % en poids, par rapport à la somme de ceux-ci.
(JA) 低いpH領域でも良好な分散安定性を持つ鎖状粒子の分散液を提供する。すなわち、ATO粒子が連結した鎖状粒子の分散液であり、ATO粒子の平均粒子径が5~20nmであり、鎖状粒子は酸化珪素を含み、鎖状粒子の平均連結数が3~40であり、鎖状粒子の等電点がpH2.0未満である。このような鎖状粒子の分散液を用いて調製された塗料によれば、粒子の含有量が少なくても、表面抵抗値が低く、基材との密着性に優れた膜を形成することができる。 さらに、この鎖状粒子は、酸化錫および酸化アンチモンを含んでおり、これらの総和に対して、酸化珪素が0.5~10重量%、酸化錫が70~95重量%、および、酸化アンチモンが4.5~29.5重量%含まれることが好ましい。
