The metal film (2) covers the electrode (11) of the semiconductor element (1). The wire (3) is bonded to the metal film (2). The metal film (2) has a higher hardness than the wire (3). Throughout the wire (3), an average crystal grain size of the wire (3) in a circular cross section is less than or equal to 5 μm.
