Abstract
(EN) Provided is a method with which it is possible to inexpensively recover a valuable metal. The present invention is a method for recovering a valuable metal, the method including the following steps: a readying step for readying a charging material containing at least lithium (Li) and a valuable metal; an oxidation reduction/melting step for applying an oxidation treatment and a reduction/melting treatment on the charging material and obtaining a reduced material containing a valuable-metal-containing molten alloy and slag; and a slag separation step for separating the slag from the reduced material and recovering the molten alloy. The molar ratio (Li/Al ratio) of lithium (Li) to aluminum (Al) in the slag is made to be 0.15 or above and below 0.40, and the molar ratio (Ca/Al) of calcium (Ca) to aluminum (Al) in the slag is made to be 0.15 or above.
(FR) La divulgation concerne un procédé permettant de récupérer de manière peu coûteuse un métal de valeur. La présente invention concerne un procédé de récupération d'un métal de valeur, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : une étape de préparation consistant à préparer un matériau de charge contenant au moins du lithium (Li) et un métal de valeur; une étape d'oxydoréduction/fusion consistant à appliquer un traitement d'oxydation et un traitement de réduction/fusion sur le matériau de charge et à obtenir un matériau réduit comprenant un alliage fondu contenant un métal précieux et du laitier; et une étape de séparation de scories consistant à séparer les scories du matériau réduit et à récupérer l'alliage fondu. Le rapport molaire (rapport Li/Al) du lithium (Li) sur l'aluminium (Al) dans le laitier est amené à être égal ou supérieur à 0,15 et inférieur à 0,40, et le rapport molaire (Ca/Al) du calcium (Ca) sur l'aluminium (Al) dans le laitier est amené à être égal ou supérieur à 0,15.
(JA) 有価金属を安価に回収できる方法を提供する。 有価金属を回収する方法であって、以下の工程:少なくともリチウム(Li)及び有価金属を含む装入物を準備する準備工程と、装入物に酸化処理及び還元熔融処理を施して、有価金属を含有する熔融合金とスラグとを含む還元物を得る酸化還元熔融工程と、還元物からスラグを分離して熔融合金を回収するスラグ分離工程と、を含み、スラグ中のアルミニウム(Al)に対するリチウム(Li)のモル比(Li/Al比)を0.15以上0.40未満とし、スラグ中のアルミニウム(Al)に対するカルシウム(Ca)のモル比(Ca/Al)を0.15以上とする。
