Abstract
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing an electroconductive resin composition that, when formed into an electroconductive film, exhibits a low volume resistivity and an excellent electroconductivity, that has a good adherence for various base materials and an excellent storage stability, and that is useful as, for example, an electroconductive ink or a circuit connection material. Provided as the solution is an electroconductive resin composition comprising (a) at least one electroconductive powder selected from the group consisting of silver-based metal powders, copper-based metal powders, aluminum-based metal powders, iron-based metal powders, nickel-based metal powders, zinc-based metal powders, tin-based metal powders, and gold-based metal powders; (b) a polyvinyl butyral resin; and (c) a resol-type phenolic resin at 0-75 mass parts per 100 mass parts of the polyvinyl butyral resin.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème visant à fournir une composition de résine électroconductrice qui, lorsqu'elle est mise en forme en un film électroconducteur, présente une faible résistivité volumique et une excellente électroconductivité, qui possède une bonne adhérence pour divers matériaux de base et une excellente stabilité au stockage, et qui est utile en tant que, par exemple, une encre électroconductrice ou un matériau de connexion de circuit. La solution selon l'invention concerne une composition de résine électroconductrice comprenant (a) au moins une poudre électroconductrice choisie dans le groupe constitué de poudres métalliques à base d'argent, de poudres métalliques à base de cuivre, de poudres métalliques à base d'aluminium, de poudres métalliques à base de fer, de poudres métalliques à base de nickel, de poudres métalliques à base de zinc, de poudres métalliques à base d'étain et de poudres métalliques à base d'or ; (b) une résine de polyvinylbutyral ; et (c) une résine phénolique de type résol à 0 à 75 parties en masse pour 100 parties en masse de la résine de polyvinylbutyral.
(JA) 導電膜を形成した際の体積抵抗率が低く、良好な導電性を示すものであり、各種基材に対する密着性が良好であり、保存安定性に優れ、導電性インクや回路接続材料等として有用な導電性樹脂組成物を提供することを課題とする。解決手段として、(a)銀系金属粉末、銅系金属粉末、アルミニウム系金属粉末、鉄系金属粉末、ニッケル系金属粉末、亜鉛系金属粉末、錫系金属粉末及び金系金属粉末からなる群より選ばれる1種類以上の導電粉末と、(b)ポリビニルブチラール系樹脂と、を含むとともに、(c)レゾール型フェノール系樹脂をポリビニルブチラール系樹脂100質量部に対して0~75質量部含む、導電性樹脂組成物を提供する。
