Abstract
(EN) This simulation device (1a) comprises: a model template database unit (10) that stores a plurality of model templates in which relationships between input and output of elements constituting work executed by a mechanical device driving a plurality of actuators are written as calculation formulae; a model structure selection unit (11) that selects one or a plurality of model templates on the basis of structure information that characterizes a structure and a work of the machine device; a model parameter setting unit (12) that sets, with respect to a model template selected by the model structure selection unit, a model template parameter that is a variable of the model template; and a simulation execution unit (13a) that executes a simulation of the work on the basis of the model template after the model parameter setting unit (12) has set the model parameter and an instructed path along which a tool to be used when executing the work is to pass through, and computes a predicted result of the work.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de simulation (1a) comprenant : une unité de base de données de gabarits de modèle (10) qui stocke une pluralité de gabarits de modèle dans lesquels des relations entre une entrée et une sortie d'éléments constituant un travail exécuté par un dispositif mécanique entraînant une pluralité d'actionneurs sont écrites en tant que formules de calcul ; une unité de sélection de structure de modèle (11) qui sélectionne un ou plusieurs gabarits de modèle sur la base d'informations de structure qui caractérisent une structure et un travail du dispositif de machine ; une unité de définition de paramètre de modèle (12) qui définit, par rapport à un gabarit de modèle sélectionné par l'unité de sélection de structure de modèle, un paramètre de gabarit de modèle qui est une variable du gabarit de modèle ; et une unité d'exécution de simulation (13a) qui exécute une simulation du travail sur la base du gabarit de modèle après que l'unité de définition de paramètre de modèle (12) a réglé le paramètre de modèle et d'un trajet ordonné le long duquel un outil à utiliser lors de l'exécution du travail doit passer et calcule un résultat prédit du travail.
