Abstract
(EN) The pipe comprises an internal sheath (20), and an unstapled pressure vault structure (27), comprising at least one metal vault wire (40) wound with a short pitch forming a plurality of successive turns (42) around an outer surface (21) of the internal sheath (20). The pressure vault structure (27) comprises at least one metal contact region applied on the outer surface (21) of the internal sheath (20), the metal contact region having, in cross-section in at least one median axial plane passing through the central axis, an inner edge parallel to the central axis. The flexible pipe comprises an assembly (27A) for indexing the axial position of each turn (42) along the central axis, suitable for maintaining a gap (47) between each pair of adjacent turns (42).
(FR) La conduite comporte une gaine interne (20), et une structure de voûte de pression (27) non agrafée, comportant au moins un fil de voûte (40) métallique enroulé à pas court formant une pluralité de spires (42) successives autour d'une surface externe (21) de la gaine interne (20). La structure de voûte de pression (27) comprend au moins une région métallique de contact appliquée sur la surface externe (21) de la gaine interne (20), la région métallique de contact présentant, en section dans au moins un plan axial médian passant par l'axe central, un bord interne parallèle à l'axe central. La conduite flexible comporte un ensemble d'indexation (27A) de la position axiale de chaque spire (42) le long de l'axe central, propre à maintenir un interstice (47) entre chaque paire de spires (42) adjacentes.
