Abstract
(EN) A method for coding or decoding a block is provided, as well as a corresponding apparatus. A prediction for the block is determined, wherein motion information that is used for determining the prediction is inherited from motion information of at least two motion candidates, and the block is coded or decoded based on the determined prediction, wherein determining the prediction for the block comprises determining a value for an indicator enabling or disabling correction of the prediction, based on values of corresponding indicators of the at least two motion candidates.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de codage ou de décodage d'un bloc, ainsi qu'un appareil correspondant. Une prédiction pour le bloc est déterminée, des informations de mouvement qui sont utilisées pour déterminer la prédiction étant héritées d'informations de mouvement d'au moins deux candidats de mouvement, et le bloc étant codé ou décodé sur la base de la prédiction déterminée. La détermination de la prédiction pour le bloc comprend la détermination d'une valeur pour un indicateur activant ou désactivant la correction de la prédiction, sur la base de valeurs d'indicateurs correspondants des au moins deux candidats de mouvement.
