Abstract
(EN) Photonic integrated circuit (1), comprising: - a cladding material (2); - a waveguide core (3) in the cladding material (2), extending in a waveguide core plane (4) and comprising an emitting structure (5) for deflecting and/or scattering and/or emitting light out of the waveguide core (3); - an optoelectronic component (6) arranged displaced from the waveguide core plane (4); wherein the photonic integrated circuit (1) further comprises a reflection layer (7) for reflecting light emitted from the emitting structure (5) to the optoelectronic component (6). Further a method for producing a photonic integrated circuit (1).
(FR) L'invention concerne un circuit intégré photonique (1), comprenant : - un matériau de gainage (2) ; - un cœur de guide d'ondes (3) dans le matériau de gainage (2), s'étendant dans un plan de cœur de guide d'ondes (4) et comprenant une structure d'émission (5) pour dévier et/ou diffuser et/ou émettre de la lumière hors du cœur de guide d'ondes (3) ; - un composant optoélectronique (6) disposé décalé par rapport au plan de cœur de guide d'onde (4) ; le circuit intégré photonique (1) comprenant en outre une couche de réflexion (7) pour réfléchir la lumière émise à partir de la structure d'émission (5) vers le composant optoélectronique (6). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production d'un circuit intégré photonique (1).
