Abstract
(DE) Verfahren und Kalander zum Verdichten eines Materialbands zur Herstellung von Elektroden einer Batteriezelle, wobei das Materialband eine Trägerfolie umfasst, welche zumindest auf einer Seite mit einer Beschichtung versehen ist, und das Verdichten mittels eines Kalandernips erfolgt, welcher durch eine erste Walze und eine zweite Walze gebildet wird, und wobei Lastmittel zur Erzeugung einer Linienlast im Kalandernip vorgesehen sind. Zumindest eine Walze ist als Spaltregelwalze ausgeführt, welche in ihrem Inneren Stellmittel aufweist, um durch Krafteinwirkung den Walzenmantel gezielt zu verformen, wobei diese Stellmittel so ausgeführt sind, dass über die Breite der Walze unterschiedliche Kräfte aufgebracht werden können, und dass die Verdichtung im Kalandernip mit einer Linienlast zwischen 550 N/mm und 7000 N/mm, insbesondere zwischen 1000 N/mm und 5000 N/mm.
(EN) The invention relates to a method and calender for compressing a material strip for producing electrodes of a battery cell, wherein the material strip comprises a substrate film, which is provided with a coating at least on one side, and the compressing takes place by means of a calender nip, which is formed by a first roll and a second roll, and wherein loading means are provided for generating a linear load in the calender nip. At least one roll is designed as a gap-control roll, which has adjustment means in its interior for deforming the lateral area of the roll in a targeted manner by applying force, wherein these adjustment means are designed so that different forces can be applied over the width of the roll, and so that the compressing in the calender nip takes place with a linear load between 550 N/mm and 7000 N/mm, in particular between 1000 N/mm and 5000 N/mm.
(FR) L'invention concerne une méthode et une calandre pour comprimer une bande de matériau pour produire des électrodes d'une cellule de batterie, la bande de matériau comprenant un film de substrat, qui est pourvu d'un revêtement au moins sur un côté, et la compression s'effectue au moyen d'une pince de calandre, qui est formée par un premier rouleau et un second rouleau, et des moyens de chargement étant prévus pour générer une charge linéaire dans la pince de calandre.
