(DE) Laserbearbeitungskopf für Materialbearbeitung mit Laser, umfassend eine Fokussieroptik (30) zum Fokussieren des Laserstrahls (4); eine Austrittsöffnung (112) für den Laserstrahl (4); eine optische Sensoranordnung (S1); eine Koppeloptik (20) zum Auskoppeln von durch die Austrittsöffnung (112) eintretendem Licht (6) aus dem Strahlengang des Laserstrahls (4) zu der Sensoranordnung (S1); eine Optik (10, 30) zur Einstellung einer Fokuslage des Laserstrahls (4), die wenigstens ein verstellbares optisches Element (10.1) zum Einstellen der Fokuslage des Laserstrahls (4) aufweist; und eine Kompensationsoptik (70) zum Korrigieren einer durch die Fokussieroptik (30) hervorgerufenen chromatischen Aberration des zur Sensoranordnung (S1) ausgekoppelten Lichts (6), wobei die Kompensationsoptik (70) zwischen der Koppeloptik (20) und der Sensoranordnung (S1) angeordnet ist und die Kompensationsoptik (70) zum Einstellen einer Fokuslage des zu der Sensoranordnung (S1) ausgekoppelten Lichts (6) eingerichtet ist.
